Accessibility Statement

Bundesanzeiger Verlag GmbH strives to make its website accessible in accordance with the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz – BFSG) and the Ordinance to the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSGV). This accessibility statement applies to https://www.ebilanzonline.de/.

Description of the Service

eBilanz-Online is a web-based application provided by Bundesanzeiger Verlag GmbH for the legally compliant preparation and transmission of e-balance sheets (E-Bilanzen) to the German tax authorities. The service enables the import of data from all common accounting software solutions, mapping to the XBRL taxonomy of the tax authorities, and the reuse of data for disclosure purposes in the Federal Gazette (Bundesanzeiger) or for creditworthiness assessments by banks. The application is intended for tax advisors, companies, small businesses, start-ups, software developers, and municipalities.

Descriptions and Explanations Required to Understand the Performance of the Service
eBilanz-Online enables the efficient, digital, and accurate preparation of e-balance sheets without integration effort by providing always up-to-date XBRL taxonomies. Tax advisors can create any number of clients and reporting periods, use user management for simultaneous access by multiple employees, apply predefined mappings for SKR 03/04, and transfer mapping rules between clients.
Companies benefit from the ability to individually adjust the level of detail for disclosure purposes. The clear structure ensures ease of use, and a competent customer service team is available to assist with any questions. The application can be tested free of charge.
