- Export of Trial Balance List:
- Under the menu item “Accounting”, click on “Reports”. Then select “Balance Sheet, P&L, Financial Analysis”.
- To the right of the download icon, you will find “Excel Export”. Select this option.
- Import of Trial Balance List:
- Create a new process and click on “Account Balances for Assignment”.
- Select the Excel file that you just saved on your computer.
- Now you can verify the assignment and import the trial balance list.
- You can leave the subtotal fields without assignment.
