- Export of Trial Balance List::
- Under the menu item “Reporting”, click on “Reports”. Select “Trial Balance Lists” under the category “Accounting” and under Value.
- Select the parameters “Account Types: General Ledger Account”, “Posted Entries” and the corresponding fiscal year period.
- Export the list as an Excel file.
- Import of Trial Balance List:
- Create a new process and click on “Import Account Balances for Assignment”.
- Select the Excel file that you just saved on your computer.
- Now you can verify the assignment and import the trial balance list.
