- Export of Trial Balance List:
- Under the menu item “Reports”, click on “Trial Balance”
- Export the list as an Excel file.
- Import of Trial Balance List:
- Create a new process and click on “Account Balances for Assignment”.
- Select the Excel file that you just saved on your computer.
- Now you can verify the assignment and import the trial balance list.
- You can leave the subtotal fields without assignment.
